Villa Caleton #11 is a four-bedroom ocean and golf front villa located in Cap Cana Resort (www.capcana.com), one of the most exclusive resorts in the Dominican Rep. This home is without doubt one of the nicest and best located homes in all of Punta Cana. All four bedrooms are equal in size and amenities which makes it a great choice for your rental vacation with friend and family. Everyone will feel equally appreciated in this villa.

The villa is located on a privileged site bordered by the Punta Espada Golf Course and the breathtaking 180 degrees views of the Caribbean Sea. Its tropical design reflects the Caribbean way of life. With less than 164ft. / 50m. to the Caribbean Sea, this ocean front villa constantly has a little breeze for you to enjoy while having a cocktail by the pool area as the sun goes down.

When stepping through the main front door of the villa you will be met by a scenery overlooking the large open living and pool area with the sparkling colors of the Caribbean Sea in the back ground, not even a photographic picture could display this better. These gorgeous views you will simply not find elsewhere here in Punta Cana.
In December 2022 owners completed construction, adding a new building with an indoor dining and media room with air-conditioning where one can cool down after a day in the sun. They also added another building for the staff with 2 bedrooms and with their own kitchen so you will not be disturbed during their lunch hours.
The villa is owned by an American / Danish family of four living most of the year in New York. The villa has previously been rented by royal families as well as some of the most well-known professional golfers, singers and Hollywood stars.

'Unless I am to someday play Augusta, every golf experience in my life from here on out will be a letdown. I am an avid golfer single digit handicap and have golfed all over the U.S. and around the world. There is nothing I've ever played that can compare to Punta Espada. I had to pinch myself just to make sure I was actually seeing the beauty that was in front of me on many occasions.

Cap Cana Marina:
The biggest marina in the Caribbean with over 1,000 slips accommodating yachts of up to 250 ft. (the only full service marina in a 400 kilometer radius between the Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico). The Grand Canal (sixty meters wide and five meters deep) is the central axis, surrounded by luxury stores and exclusive restaurants. It is designed to be the most important marina in the Caribbean.
The marina's ideal location in the Caribbean close to the Mona Channel, which is one of the five main fishing destinations of the world, this is an ideal docking spot for yachts.

Five star vacation!!
The pictures don't do this place justice!! Our stay was amazing. The food from Idalissa was out of this world (cancel all of your dinner reservations elsewhere). The housekeeping was incredible; she did our laundry everyday. Julissa was excellent at setting up everything we needed and her communication with everything was so easy. Five stars for the staff and the accommodations. Would definitely come back!

Could not have been better. Spectacular vacation!
This is an absolutely beautiful property that was only outshined for us by the service we received from the property manager, Kim, the jack of all trades coordinator, Julissa, and the awesome chef and caretaker Idilisa and her son Damien. Our group was made up of four adults and 3 boys under 10 years old and this venue offered every amenity we could have imagined. One of the highlights of the trip was sunrise and coffee in the morning overlooking the 180 degree ocean view and the stunning Punta Espada golf course. Our kids really enjoyed the nearby beach at Eden Roc and the trip to the Scape Park was the highlight of their trip- they loved the zip-lining and jumping in the blue hole. We got a lot of use out of the golf carts, visiting other parts of Cap Cana. The golf cart trip and dinner at the Farm Restaurant at Los Establos we really enjoyable. By far the best meals of the trip were prepared by Idilisa and Damien. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was like nothing we'd ever experienced before. Idilisa especially went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Julissa was extremely responsive whenver we had a question or request. Very highly recommend this property and this vacation for a family like ours. We had a blast and we will be back!

Wasn't sure about this place....and after booking can't wait to come back!!!
Let's talk about this place! The Villa: Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy, bathrooms modern, clean and nice. The real place to spend time is outside of those rooms.....everything is opened to breeze and we've never felt more relaxed and at ease. Kitchen, family rooms, dinning rooms were all covered and perfectly climate controlled with thatch roof and sea breeze ... Just awesome. Pool, hot tub, outside area...perfect. The View: Pictures look photoshopped, don't they? The reality is, they dont do this place justice. When we first walked in we just couldn't believe a place this beautiful exists...we couldn't believe it was the backyard for this villa ...and we couldn't believe we got to stay here for about a week. It was truly paradise. Beach Club: it's a four minute walk or a three minute golf cart ride ... and absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space, gorgeous sand, incredible water and wonderful staff...first rate. DR/Capa Cana/SUJ: Never been to this part of the island before. It was great. Not too busy, super kind people, everything was very nice. The staff: Julissa and Kim with property management handled every question before we arrived and treated us like royalty. Ydilissa {spelling?} lives in a guest suite connected to the main house. She was brilliant and a delightful person. She keeps the house unbelievably clean. She offers to make meals, too, and I highly recommend it. Whatever she prepared was delicious, the presentation was world class, and it was served with genuine love and grace. And, candidly, we were concerned having someone living onsite .... it was a concern we didnt need to have. She had the ability to be there when you needed anything...and desired to give us total privacy as a family, too. We ended up loving her. The owner of the Villa: For privacy purposes, I'll just refer to him as T, he is only in town 20% of the time or so, but we happened to be there at the same time. He stayed a few villas away, but we are so glad he was there! T was generous, fun-loving, spirited and made the entire vacation even more remarkable and unforgettable. We became friends and look forward to staying connected. He became like family. Kids called him Uncle T! Lovely guy. Bottom line: Book this place. Thank me later. [just dont take a week we want, because we WILL be coming back!]

Excellent stay at Caleton Villa 11
We had a great family vacation at Caleton Villa 11. The villa was very spacious, with four separate bedrooms each with en-suite baths. The cook and helper were wonderful (great home cooked meals each day). We used the beach club extensively, and played golf at Espada, down the way. Everything was first class. Kim and Juillisa great to deal with and super responsive. I would recommend for a low-stress, high quality family get-away.

Amazing View and Warm Breeze
We had a wonderful stay at Calleton 11. Honestly, it lived up to its description and more. Kim, the prop mngr, was excellent to communicate with prior to arrival and took care of us while at the villa. The staff was a highlight providing good meals and delicious drinks. Cap Cana is relaxed and has a really good golf course and easy access to tennis. If you want a laid back vacation with open air living this is a good option.

Fabulous stay at Caleton Villa 11
This property is amazing! We rented over a long weekend in January 2020 and took four couples. The pictures and descriptions on website are spot on. The property manager was wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions before the trip in a timely and thorough way and was responsive throughout our stay. He met us at the house upon check in and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The chef and housekeeper were a pleasure also. Ciprian worked with us to plan our meals and made accomodations for the types of food we wanted as well as timing of meals. Fabulous coffee and breakfast every morning, snacks throughout the day upon request and wonderful gourmet meals every night. House was kept clean and beautiful throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub are great and the views are breathtaking. All open air common areas with breeze coming off the ocean constantly. Furniture is very tasteful and comfortable with lots of areas for visiting and hanging out as a group. Nice sound system with Bluetooth also to play music of choice. All four bedroom are gorgeous and well stocked and air conditioned for comfortable sleep at night. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The house sits on the amazing Punta Espada golf course and the beautiful Carribean sea so everywhere you look there are amazing views. We have done alot of traveling all over the U.S., Europe and many places in the Carribean and Mexico. Caleton Villa 11 is now at the top of our list.

We stayed at the villa with friends and family during the easter holidays. We where 10 in the group , my two sons (18) and friends of them that shared two of the rooms, my sister and her husband and my husband and I. The place is beautiful , the house is top top with plenty of space for everyone. Apart from the house the maid Idalisa and the cook Cipriano are wonderful people always looking after us and making our stay 10/10. Thank you!!!! We will be back soon

Luxurious Tropical Villa with Resort Amenities
The villa is even better than the pictures. Located right by the ocean for the views, as well as so convenient to the beach club and golf course. All the bedrooms are ensuite and spacious. The entire area was generally uncrowded as well. We thoroughly enjoyed Caleton Villa 11 with its wonderful staff and had a vacation getaway that was the best of both worlds - private staffed villa with resort amenities. We have young children and this villa would be wonderful both for families and just adults who are looking to relax at the beach, pools and golf course. Go!

Spectacular Vacation Home
The Cap Canna home Caleton Villa #11 (VRBO #323942) in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic, was perfect for our group. The VRBO pictures do not do justice to the serene beauty and comfort of this home! The management and staff were wonderful and made our four-couple stay a treat from start to finish. Our chef, Ciprien, was superb which added to the overall enjoyment of our week. Our housekeeper, Eda, was very attentive and kept everything in order. There were more than enough spaces inside and out of the house for games, snuggling into a comfortable chair or outdoor bed for reading that favorite book, and comfortable lounging at the pool and spa, all with views that will bring a smile to your face every sunrise and sunset. All four bedrooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The house was in a convenient location ~ within walking distance to a 5-star beach club with restaurants and beach-side cabanas for that afternoon suntan or specialty drinks, and great golf is just a short walk/golf cart ride from the house. The property was beautifully landscaped. Would we revisit this house ~ without hesitation!!

Spectacular location with comfortable accommodations and excellent service
This was my 5th time in a Caleton Villa but first time in #11. It’s a great location with outdoor living and 4 closed and comfortable bedrooms. The view from the pool deck is fabulous and worth the trip just for it’s chill factor. I swear my blood pressure drops the moment I lay eyes on that beautiful blue water. Kim is easy to work with getting things set up and the in-villa service team, led by Caprian was excellent. Caprian cooked us breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs every morning and the 2 dinners he cooked were flat-out delicious with simple local food cooked to perfection. He stays on top of stocking snacks and beer, etc. and makes great daiquiris. Everything in the bedrooms worked perfectly, AC, showers, safes, etc. and the cleaners wash anything you leave out. I will definitely be returning to this villa.

Truly exceptional villa and experience
If I were trying to design a more perfect setting in my dreams, I don't think I could devise something more spectacular than Villa #11. Our group spent a week overlooking both hole #17 on the Punta Espada golf course and the Atlantic Ocean - WOW. We were 3 generations ranging from 70 year old grandparents to a toddler and found something for everyone in Punta Cana. Our in-villa hosts Ciprian and Chara catered to every wish and kept demanding diners delighted with their creations. The seafood paella was the best I've had - including a trip to Spain! The only note for parents of young children I would mention to be cautious of are the many levels of flooring that can trip up a little one. We had to be constantly vigilant with a one-year-old toddling about. The service to accomodate our youngest family member was exceptional as well. Kim, our casa manager, kindly arranged for a high chair and a portable crib to be placed in the villa. Kim's knowledge also guided us to a great photographer to capture family photos, a terrific diving center, golf information and the best local wine market. Thank you for helping coordinate a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home and unique vacation experience.
We were a party of 6 that stayed for a week. The house was unique and beautiful...the open air kitchen and living room was a fun experience. The house staff were terrific and accommodating...even doing our laundry and cooking our large Mahi-Mahi we caught on our fishing outing. Kim (the property manager) even went out of his way to get us some tickets to an event on the beach we were interested in... So all people associated with this house get high recommendations from us. We are golfers and loved the course and convenience of play. Expensive rounds, but scenery worth it. The neighboring beach is also beautiful. The area is exclusive, safe and quiet...just be aware it is a ways from the main area of Punta Cana and taxi trips in to town are pricy if you are interested in going in to town. We enjoyed the DR and all the people we met....glad we went!

Awesome!
First off - the location is perfect on the beach and house is wonderful. But the staff is what truly sets this place apart - Cipriam the cook and Charro the maid did everything we asked for and before we even asked for anything! Loved every meal! But I must also share this story - my son had to go to the ER for appendicitis. Kim directed us to the ER and Cecilia then stayed with my wife and son for the next 10 hours to help with any translation needed and provide comfort for my wife and son. She will never know how invaluable she was to our family and we can not thank her enough. Kim even drove me to the hospital later that night! They all volunteered to do this without us even asking. We were blown away be the level of service they provided. Can't wait to go back!!
