Never ever waste money and time on this dilapidated ‘hotel’. The place is filthy dirty from the lobby through the elevator which has sharp edges, very slow and dirty walls stained floor carpets on the hallway. As this was not enough, the beds have bugs, I woke up to see a bug crawling inside the sheets underneath where I slept.The room had cockroaches crawling around the tables. I complained to the receptionist and she just coldly said we will clean the room that was at 1230 noon but surprisingly when I came back to the room at 1800 the room was turned upside down with all the linen on the floor room not cleaned trash still not emptied and beds not made towels not changed , literally nothing was cleaned but just messy. This was after I tried to enter the room but access was cards were not working. The receptionist explained that they had a system error that’s why and had given me a new set today cards. She then moved us to another room on the second floor due to the messy in the room. The move was not a good idea at all because the new room was right in front of the lift and has an open area outside which turned out to be a meeting place for a group of teenage girls who were playing, running around and giggling very loud besides the traffic of people passing by all night that I could not even wink. I have never been this disappointed. I am writing this review at 00:06 am because I of how the place is so noisy. I wanted to insert pictures of the bugs and the messy room.

The hotel was so dirty and in such disrepair. I’ve never been in a more disgusting hotel in my life. It’s supposed to be a smoke-free building, yet the hallways and our room stunk of cigarette smoke. There were several bugs in our room that after a Google search we believe they were stink bugs. There was a long hair in the weave of a clean towel that did not belong to anyone in my family. The lamp shades were dirty…like stained and gross. The shower was chipped and stained. There was actual dirt and debris on the floors throughout the building. The pillows on the beds were so old and needed to be thrown out. The elevator was filthy and broken/damaged. We were on the 4th floor and the call button was completely missing so you had to stick your finger inside the broken hole to press it. There was a stain on the carpet in our room that looked like blood. There was a brown stain on the desk chair that looked like feces. I wouldn’t walk barefoot on the floor because it was so nasty. Do not stay here.

Stayed here in years past. Surprised at how it has gone down. The whole floor we were on smelled like weed. It needed fixing up. Light fixtures, hallway, ceiling, general clean up. The bed was very comfortable though.

The hotel has no smoking posting all over the place and everyone was smoking. Our room was dirty. The sink in the bathroom leaked and there was water damage on the wall in the shower. We were attacked by bugs at 4:00 in the morning. Just a bad experience overall. We have stayed at La Quintas all over the country and this one was the worst.

When we arrived. We didn’t know that the building was going through remodeling on the outside until I was in my room. There was loud noise until night time. Later that night I witnessed another car hitting a car. I took pictures and videos. I talked with the receptionist. She gave me an email to forward them to. I never received any response back. My neighbors and I shared a room with a door. They were up all night long with a barking dog for two nights. I tried to call the receptionist the phone didn’t work properly. I called the hotel with my phone. I told her and she never fixed the problem. I won’t be back!

Staff was friendly and nice but the hotel is one the of worst I’ve stayed in for that price. Carpet was sticky, shower clogged, tv broken, toiletries were not present, smell in the rooms was musty.
