We didn’t like anything … when we arrived the first room we were assigned to was absolutely filthy. I never been to a hotel that was in such disarray. The sheets & comforters had stains, boogers, and hair. The microwave & mirror & telephone were absolutely grimy. Then the bathroom had blood & the tub had dirt & hair. I took plenty of photographs

Worst of the Worst

When we checked in, the employee took my debit card and drivers license and immediately started speaking in another language to someone via his AirPods. With the way he was holding my cards and talking, I fully believe that he was telling that person all my information. So, I had to cancel my card. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were mouse droppings on the floor, bloody boogers on the sheets and with no weatherstripping on the door, the heater kicked on and off all night making sleep very difficult. When I spoke to the employee about it in the morning, all she said was, “That’s not right!” I have contacted Wyndham and I’m very interested to see what the resolution department has to say. Had there been fraudulent charges on my card, I would have called the police but I locked my card before it could happen.

The staff was nice but the place is in terrible condition. A stack of old bathtubs outside my room, garbage on the ground, stains and smells in my room.

Go Elsewhere!!

No maid service on a two night stay. Shower head was not useable. Refrigerator froze everything put in it. Telephone was not plugged in. Overhead light in bathroom burned out. Only one wash rag in bathroom for two guests. Noisy with thin walls from adjoining room. Bottom fitted sheet on bed would not stay in place. Cleanliness was questionable. Not up to Wyndham standards nor ours!

Poor customer service while checking in. Called front desk regarding help for WiFi. Same desk guy that checked us in. Answered that no problem with WiFi, it is open. Asked what the steps were to get on it. (We are in our late 70’s and wasn’t sure how to do it. He repeated there is not a problem with WiFi and hung up. Also TV remote had back missing and did not work. Found dirty clothes from another/previous guest(s). Only had two towels for our showed. Noise was loud from other guests. Screaming for 2 hours. Areas around our building had lots of litter. Parked just inside street curb. Ther were homeless living in vehicles and broke down RVs. Very dirty and scary.

Worst hotel stay ever.

It was old and worn out. Noisy near the 580 and airport. The light in the bathroom did not work. The light by the bed had no bulb. The paint in the room was peeling.A previous guest (woman) had left some old panties in the closet that had not been removed. The parking lot was dirty with trash. The worst hotel experience ever.

This was literally the DIRTIEST and grossest hotel I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds of “budget friendly” hotels/motels. They need to be shutdown! There’s no way this is sanitary. Stains EVERYWHERE, even on our PILLOW CASES (which were paper thin), mold all over the bathroom and shower, dirtiest shower floor, trash from previous guests all over the room and the water wouldn’t go down in the sink. The worst was giving us a PAPER THIN SHEET as a supposed blanket in 20 degree winter weather. We were FREEZING. Contact me for photos!
