Cozy place with a great staff

Very quiet place to stay and so comfortable. The bed was so amazing. The studio was next to the stairs and made it convenient for us to get in and out. The staff was so friendly and the complimentary breakfast was on point.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor, had not been mopped. The beds were very uncomfortable. At 10 p.m. the room above us was very noisy. It sounded like they were picking up furniture and dropping it. We we're going to call after a few minutes then it stopped. The continental breakfast was good.

Don’t hurt yourself on the broken items

The room was in fair condition. The A/C unit had the front panel hanging off and was a safety hazard. I attempted to snap it back together myself but it wouldn’t stay longer than 2 minutes. I notified the front desk of the problem saying the clips on the panel are broken and she sent up the maintenance man who just banged on it to get it to close and I told him it wouldn’t stay closed because the clips are broken and he in his broken English basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and it would be fine. The panel fell off again about 3 minutes after he left. I notified the front desk again and she sent the maintenance guy back up. This time he brought a whole new front panel and we had him banging and fixing it while we awkwardly waited so we could go to bed and not trip or hit the panel in the middle of the night. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable… I think the floor would have been softer to sleep on. There was also broken wall decore that looked like it could hurt some one if they bumped into it.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. At first they said it would be a couple of hours before they could get us a room. After waiting in the lobby they only 10 minutes they said that we could have our room in 5 minutes. Additionally the next day they allowed us to check out at noon so that we could watch conference. These guys are awesome.

This was not one of Hamptons better places. The shower barely worked and the towels had a burnt smell to them. The rooms remind me of an old barracks. It was ok for a quick overnight stop.

Enjoyable Time

Excellent accommodations! It is within short driving distance to lots of shopping and fast food restaurants. We were only 15 miles from the Great Salt Lake which was a beautiful cite and had a wonderful walking trail to enjoy nature at it’s best.
