My favorite Drury of all time! This building is AMAZING! Such history! Very beautiful! Extremely convenient to Riverwalk. Very clean. Super friendly staff (would like to mention Brian at checkin, Josh at Manager’s reception, and Vanessa with her authentic hospitality. They were all so friendly and helpful). Yummy food. I could go on. I’m very pleased with this particular Drury and will definitely be staying again.

Valet parking when we arrived was total mess. Line of cars and confusion with transfer of luggage. Then the next morning there was only cold water in shower. Kickback was very good as was breakfast. The valet who returned our car was polite young man.

We enjoy old historic hotels when traveling and the Drury did not disappoint. It is close to the river walk and a 15 minute walk to the convention center.. A pleasant breakfast and a complementary evening offering with complementary drinks was a welcome addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottom line, yes, we will stay there again.

Free breakfast and dinner had so many options and was perfect for when we didn’t want to figure out where to go and what to eat. The area around the hotel was beautiful and Riverwalk was breathtaking! My only concern was after the sun went down and it got dark out, there was alot of sketchy people walking around preying on tourists and people enjoying their evening out. Had 3 separate instances where things felt unsafe. 2 of those instances someone was following us in attempt to cause us harm & snatch our belongings. Other than that everything was perfect & we’ll definitely be back!

Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway activity while in the room, not very quite. We were able to run the HVAC fan on high to take away some of the noise. Breakfast in the mornings were hot and plentiful, cocktail hour is a fantastic plus that everyone there enjoys. Quick access to the riverwalk level from the basement floor, there is however a 4-5 min walk to all the restaurants and bars. Always felt safe and being away from all the hustle when you come in and out of the hotel was nice. Rooftop sitting area with tables is a cool place to take your morning breakfast and coffee or drink in the evening for a lookout over the city. We had a wonderful weekend getaway in San Antonio and the Drury Plaza helped add to the experience.

Wonderful get away!

We were right on the river. The snacks and drinks each night were wonderful and the breakfast in the morning too. The room was spacious.

This property always has the best and friendliest staff. It is clean, quiet, and is right on the riverwalk. We have stayed here multiple times and we love coming back. The valet parking is so convenient and our car is always safe. We will continue to come back.

Absolutely stunning hotel!

The location to the River Walk is top notch! Valet service was easy, car was taken care of. The free food and drinks for happy hour each evening was a nice surprise. Hotel staff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and shower felt great! Felt safe and highly recommend!!
