One of the best hotels ive stayed on business in a while. Everything was clean, the room was much larger than expected, and it did not have a moldy smell to it!! Only thing i would suggest, bigger pillows.

Was good location for our destination but room service did not take care of our rooms as needed . No fresh towels had to call front desk at night after staying the night before they said would make a note of it . Had to call front desk next morning for fresh towels again since our room didn’t get cleaned and serviced the day before . Tv service was not up to par with channels available. Shower was leaking water since we got to room . Overall was a 8 since was close to the Alamo dome and River walk but in-house needs work attention!

We loved how convenient the hotel was within walking distance to the riverwalk. My daughter really enjoyed the pool we will definitely be coming back hopefully soon.

Good stay
The only real complaint I had was they did not provide complimentary conditioner. They gave shampoo but no conditioner. All else was good. Enjoyed our stay and will come again.
