Fantastic hotel and great location. Only downfall was they don’t refill the coffee and sugar despite seeing that we are using it daily, also we were self catering with zero cooking appliances or tools, we had to ask for plates and cutlery and they cleaner then took them away and didn’t replace them. Also staff can be a little moody but the hotel itself is really lovely. We had room 1905 which was amazing with own terrace and two steps to the pool, it was like a swim up room, really lovely!

Great beds and pillows.

Really nice place to stay. Excellent location. Great beds and pillows - so slept well. Others say about noise through walls. I didn’t notice it but I take custom sleep plugs anyway.

First room was not what I expected based on photos. However, next morning they very kindly moved me to a far more suitable room. Lovely, clean and quiet hotel which was just what I wanted. The WiFi throughout the hotel was pretty awful though.

Great place

Lovely place close to everything. Nice pool (but cold in December) and plenty of sunbeds. Quiet and comfortable stay with the Yumbo centre just across the road and the beach within walking distance.

Really good stay. Excellent location. Still quiet and felt secure. Small gym with running machine, bike, dumbbells and a bench. Didn't use any other facilities. Yes there can be some noise from the adjoining room - ie. hearing TV or talking but it wasn't unbearable. I'd suggest if you are traveling with friends maybe do they adjoining room thing together.

Stayed at this resort several times before, the reason we go back is because the staff are friendly and rooms are very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable.

Oasis in Playa Del Inglés.

Great location need Yumbo. Modern chic, very quiet like an oasis in Playa Del Inglés. Great staff and accommodation.

A really good 3 night stay. Staff were very friendly, rooms were good quality and very comfy heds. Bar does close esrly along with restaurant but plenty over the road. All in all an enjoyable stay and hoping to return again sometime

Clean, tidy and quiet bungalow complex. Well located, very close to Yumbo etc. Easy (long) walk to Dunas. Good for short break. Didnt eat there so cant comment but restaurant looked good.

Disappointing for a 4 star resort.

Bed is v large and comfortable but rest of fixtures and fittings are getting tired and floors don't look clean enough. Shower floods. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. No socket on desk to plug in coffee machine. Grey on grey makes rooms feel souless. Outside, the pool didn't look pristine clean and the white paths at funky angles throughout the grounds were tripping hazards. Badly laid plastic grass everywhere.
