The property itself was nicely designed and laid out. For whatever reason no one came to do housekeeping daily. When I left the hotel there is a dumpster on the walk to the parking and needless to say horrible smell.

Overall it was a good place to stay near the water good place to do a morning run. Some of the wood finishing was broken some rust on bathroom shelves bed didn’t have a base mattress cover. Breakfast was just bread coffee fruit and cereal. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting much.

I liked everything but the parking situation. You have to park at a parking garage, which is a few blocks away. It was a pain in the ass. Also, I didn’t notice some black mold in the ceiling.

No television until the day before I left, the towels were all dirty, but they were able to get everything straight within a few minutes, Seems like an old building with lots of rust in certain areas and it looks as if some of the area's, ie the vent's and door panels hadn't been cleaned in a while, but all in all it is a beautiful place to stay

Did not any room service until day 4. Had to get our own clean towels. Towels had holes in it. The TV did not work for the first 3 days. Security front desk kept saying nothing they could do about it. Advertized had a pool and there is no pool. Continental breakfast very basic toast crossants cold cereal. No hot water no tea only coffee. By 9 coffee was cold When finally got housekeeping carpet was not vacuumed.

Not a good spot for young kids the shower was really too high pressure. Hot water didn’t last for more than a couple of minutes. Overall the place felt dirty
