"This place has clearly fallen into disrepair. The pool was completely empty other than a puddle of mud at the bottom and the walls were filthy. There were damp marks on the walls in the bedrooms. The host initially promised a refund and then denied this as soon as we'd checked out. A total waste of money and time. Don't make the same mistake we did, you'd have less heartache throwing the money in the drain! "

"The Oliver Aravaca is a newer building, very clean and fresh. The units have fully equipped kitchens which is perfect if you want to make your own meals. There is a grocery 1 block away with many good options. The hotel is cemtrally located and access to other shopping and restaurants is good. Most of all, the staff is fantastic and very kind and accomodating. Nicholas is a very good Manager and helped us very well! The Oliver Ownership should be very happy with his performance! "

"We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery and all the best restaurants."
