"Stayed six nights. Great location to Gran Via and subway station right out front. Taxis always available. Walked everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Clean hotel- we had two rooms, both great condition and clean. Housekeeping daily was excellent. Breakfast was great and plenty offered in options. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Loved the lobby bar area for snacks and drinks- people watching was relaxing. Felt bery safe at all times. Upstairs bar/dinner was marginal at best. Wouldn’t recommend much there. Will definitely stay herein future visits to Madrid."

Hotel muito organizado, funcionários sempre simpáticos e solicitos, hotel muito bonito, bem cuidado, cheiroso, instalações modernas nas áreas comuns e nos quartos, que são confortáveis, modernos, enxoval novo e de boa qualidade, linda vista pela janela dos quartos, funcionários entregam mimos nos quartos (chocolates) todos os dias. Além disso a localização é muito boa, muito perto do metrô, cafés, merdados e El Corte Inglês. Quero parabenizar a todos do hotel, tive uma experiência incrível!!!"

"Beautiful property, very clean. Right at the Metro exit of plaza de España, walking distance to temple of debod, royal palace of Madrid, cathedral. We paid for the breakfast buffet, good selection, with the egg station but it’s the same menu/spread everyday, we were there for 5 days, my husband sorta got tired of it. We will stay here again if we’re ever back in Madrid. "
