An absolutely incredible place to stay. You are right over the water, the glass floors are so cool. The staff is super friendly and such a fun atmosphere. We stayed in a king bed suite (not a bungalow) and it was so nice, you have your own private deck over the water. We were right beside the pool which I worried was going to be loud when trying to sleep, but we did not have that problem at all. We also booked everything directly through the hotel including our golf cart and tours and it could not have gone smoother. They also ensured that we were picked up directly from our water taxi and drove us there when we were going home as well.

Lina Point was a great place to stay. It was quiet and just a little out of the way. Breakfasts were very good! Staff very helpful and kind. Thank you for a great first time to Belize!

While the staff was very accommodating, welcoming and friendly, The cleanliness of the particular room I stayed in was LACKING. The lighting was poor, the walls were visibly dirty and had dead mosquitoes and bugs stuck to them, there was dust everywhere and it really made my stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this resort to friends or family, which is a shame because the stafff was so welcoming and the location and scenery was perfect!

Beautiful surroundings. The overwater cabanas have outdoor decks with breathtaking views. Friendly service from David, Karen, and the rest of the team--they were available to answer questions before and during the trip, helping with transportation, golf cart rental, and excursions. Unfortunately, the inside of the cabanas were very dark and the furniture needs to be replaced (e.g. the barstools inside our cabana were falling apart). We booked Lina Point to be away from the noise and crowds in downtown San Pedro. Instead we were subjected to noise coming from the nightly show at the restaurant--from 6PMish to 10PMish.

If you are on a budget, this is the place for you Or you could spend $100 more a night and get an amazing place with a extremely better location on the beach and better facilities Yes, you are on the water, but you are not on the ocean and the beach. You are near a marshy Creek in a neighborhood. I would recommend staying somewhere else I will not be returning here again with my family

We had the best experience at Lina Pointe. The staff was amazing! So helpful with key destinations! The golf cart was a must and great for exploring San Pedro town and going to Secret Beach! The water Taxis are a must to Caye Caulker! We will definitely be back!
