Whether was good and hotel clean. The only negative was booking through hotels.com. When we arrived the hotel never recieved our booking and it wasnt easy trying to communicate to hotels.com and we ended up having to leave a day earlier because the hotel was booked and hotels.com wont refund the one day.

Do not stay here. Rude front desk

Rude people in the front desk area. The Cubans are treated differently that foreigners. They are rude to their nationals. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Dear guest, first we would like to apologize for the inconveniences during your stay in our hotel. We always liek to know before a customer leaves the hotel because this enable us to find a solution while on the resort. In our hotel there are only customers, we make no distinction between nationalities that is why many Cuban citizens as well as foreigners prefer us for their holidays.
