You can't ask for much more for how inexpensive the stay is. The room was clean, the checkin process is very easy. The only thing that was unfortunate was that the jacuzzi wasnt warm but, again, for the price, excellent stay

There are no staff on duty, so instead of getting a key, they send you a code for your room. When I got to my room there were no toiletries, so I had to call their emergency number. They gave me a code for a box outside where I was able to get what I needed. The room itself was just ok, the bed was saggy and not the most updated, but ok for a last minute stay on a budget.

This place is very good to spend a couple of nights. We had a little issues with communication, but hotels customer service helped and fixed it. I would recommend anyone to contact the hotel 24 hours in advance just to make sure everything will be ready. I would stay there again and totally recommend it

I absolutely love this little motel! After a long hike today, the Jacuzzi was a welcome sight. Room was super cute and very clean. I highly recommend for an affordable and clean stay!

Small but adequate for overnight!
For the price in Sedona this is a great place for the night- I would not stay here longer than two nights at the most. Great location and really was wired but super small for too long of a stay. Sedona is great for being outside- they tried to have sitting areas outside but they were old and dated and I did not feel comfortable outside. The room was clean and bed was a little hard but definitely not bad. No room to have an easy chair to sit in, small table to work at and it was quiet so for this price you can’t beat it in Sedona!

We left within 15 minutes of opening the door. The “hot tub was making a gurgling/sucking/draining sound that could be heard INSIDE our room! It smelled odd in the room itself. The towel bar was off the wall. Just the mount was left. Property looked neglected. Lots of rust on stairs and sag when walking on upper walkway.
