The property had no easy access to some of the rooms which made travel with heavy luggage exceptionally difficult. This probably should have been noted prior to making a reservation. Also, the lighting in the main area was minimal, at best. As a single woman returning to my room late at night it did not feel safe. It was a dissappointing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Sky rock . It’s conviniently located and has many places around to eat , shop and also hike . The rooms were neat with daily cleaning and the views were amazing . We will come back again.

Stayed over xmas holiday so was pricey. Didnt get the room with a view i asked for with manager saying i didnt have higher level status with Marriott. Property is nice with views from dining area. Bar servers very nice and helpful. Shuttle service nonexistent tho advertised. If expecting good food in hotel eat elsewhere.

I made reservations for 3 VIEW rooms with balconies well in advance. When I arrived, I had 3 rooms no view and no balcony. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms. When I went to the front desk the girl was less than helpful and didn't seem to care and told me I could speak to the manager at 8:00pm that they would call me. I was in the bar and at 8:00 pm I went back to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager which she said was not there. A gentleman who was in the bar serving smores stepped in and said they were sold out and he was sorry. I said I paid for 3 view rooms and if they did not have them I should get a refund. They gave me points through bonvoy. The next day they moved 2 of our rooms to view rooms. He tried and I am grateful for that but not a great experience. The hotel has amazing views and a great bar with great bands.

Rita M. was the front desk manager when we checked in for our anniversary. We were given a room that was completely different than the description online. She could have cared less. She argued with us till midnight. We ended up having to leave the property and go somewhere else. Horrific experience . DO NOT STAY HERE.

Upon arrival, the hotel was over booked and we were down graded from a king view room to one without with two queen beds. We requested twice the front desk look into some type of compensation. They referred us to the manager. Over our three day stay the manager did not have the courtesy to contact us at all. We are still waiting.
