Nice property
Everything was great about the property. Super clean, nicely appointed rooms with coffe and tea and water available in the rooms, perfect location in the heart of the old city. My only issue was that the lobby did not have seating available if you’re waiting. There was a large seating area to the side that was shut down for a party. So, if you needed to wait in the lobby or use the restrooms, no amenities were available. This was disappointing for a four star hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff and service are outstanding — so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed. But most rooms are not going to have any view because of how tightly the historic area is situated in Seville. But the location is great — you’re right in the center of all the action, including a square of nice cafes across the street. Our one small complaint were the pillows — these could use an upgrade. However, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We would certainly stay here again.

Ideally situated for walking to all of the major attractions of Seville. The staff were great. The upper terrace and pool were lovely but a pity that the pool was too cold to use.

Great location, helpful staff the only negative thing I would say is the checkin time, normally when I travel the check is 2pm or 3pm latest, here is was 4, we arrived at 10am and were very tired and walked around and waited to get our room. Apart from that a really nice stay, lovely room and a wide variety of breakfast items. Top it off they gave us a bottle of prosecco for staying with them.

Very close to the heart of everything, being so close to the Alcatraz Gardens. Such a lovely, welcoming hotel, with superb attention from the reception staff, especially the lady in glasses( sorry, don't t know her name), who couldn't t do enough for us.The unassuming exterior of the hotel, hides a modern, luxurious inside-:really beautiful.Our room was wonderful too, with an amazing terrace- something which we hadn't expected for the money.Also, to have a roof terrace with a pool, bar and amazing views was extra special.Absolutely brilliant value for money .An amazing hotel.

Best hotel ever
The BEST hotel I have ever had the PLEASURE of staying in. Staff are all so helpful and friendly, from reception to dining room to cleaners. Staff are extremely approachable, and always always happy to help. I asked to switch from a double to a twin bedded room. The staff were only too happy to oblige, and even wanted to carry my luggage between rooms. In the breakfast room, after 2 days the staff anticipated my request for decaffeinated coffee and were offering to make it before I needed to ask. And all was done with a smile. It was a delight to stay here. Thank you.

We were originally shown to a room in the basement (b6) which was a very disappointing way to end our 3 week trip to Spain Upon consult with the front desk we were moved to another room While not the best of views (a building view directly beside) it was far better than the first room which felt a bit like a dungeon

Brilliant location, lovely staff and fantastic facilities! We visited for my finance’s birthday for 3 nights. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of bubbly from the hotel. The room was clean and everything was replenished daily. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
