My experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk staff were not very polite and struggled with English, which made communication difficult. I had specifically requested an additional bunk bed in my booking comments for my one-bedroom suite, but it was not provided. In addition, the TV and refrigerator in the room were not functioning, which was quite disappointing. From 5 PM until midnight, there was significant noise from other guests running in the hallway and shouting. Despite my efforts to address this by calling the front desk, the noise continued, making it challenging to put my 2-year-old baby to sleep. Furthermore, the air conditioning vents were moldy, and we could not use the AC due to the unpleasant smell it emitted. When I inquired about switching rooms, I was informed that no other rooms were available. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable, resembling rolled-up sheets rather than proper pillows. To add to my frustrations, I noticed several bugs in the curtains that I had to remove myself. Lastly, after checking out, I received a notification from my bank indicating that the hotel had charged me again for another night. When I contacted the hotel, I was told they had forgotten to reverse the deposit. Given these numerous issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would appreciate a prompt reimbursement for my stsy, as it did not meet expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A solid 3 star hotel
Reviews are mixed and I have no idea why. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's perfectly adequate. It was clean, updated in parts and has a nice setting by the water. The balcony was old, but it was still nice to be able to open the door and get fresh air. I would totally stay again.

The property is in very rough shape. Maintenance is sorely lacking everywhere. There was no room cleaning, fresh towels or anything for a 2 night stay. They only supply 2 cardboard coffee cups and there are no glasses. We couldn’t get wine glasses or a corkscrew to our room. This property has been in steady decline for years and it shows.

Room 315 has a4 inch gap at the bottom of the door, the room was dirty. Don't stay here. There's much nicer hotels in the area for the same price

Super friendly staff
Very very pleasant staff, just getting off a shift at 10 I thought I would’ve been in a red zone for checking in so late but they were very understanding. That said, I also managed to overindulge with sleeping so they were once again very polite and friendly when I panicked thinking I overstayed (which I feel like I did) Overall very very VERY pleasant staff, super considerate. Would recommend ten times over!

The pictures and descriptions provided were misleading compared to what we experienced. The room was not properly cleaned, with stained bed sheets, hair, and dirt present. Towels were missing, and the balcony was extremely dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. The furniture and amenities were old and broken. Given these conditions, it was not worth the price we paid.

Dirty, old, not well-kept. Cold, no proper pillows or blankets. Will not be returning. Old and dirty furniture. No sound-proofing - guy next door was snoring all night and it sounded like he was in bed with us. Springy, uncomfortable mattress.
