When I checked in, we were given a room and when i went to lock the deadbolt it wouldn't lock. I called and told the front desl and had our room switched. Had to go down to the front desk and get a new key. Then in the second room, the same thing with the deadbolt. Again go downstairs and gey a new key and a new room. The 3rd room the deadbolt worked but the tv did not and the bathroom sink drained extremely slow. Then when i went to check out, the desk clerk before giving me back my deposit which i paid in cash, got the housekeeper to go check the room before releasing the money to me.

I am unable to provide a review, because this property refused to honour my reservation. At the time, I did not have a usable credit card, thanks to the strike at Canada Post. The lack of a usable credit card was the reason the stern and unreasonable clerk gave for not checking me in. I offered to pay cash, or use my debit card. Not good enough for this clerk. Surely a large chain like Ramada would use some discretion, knowing my circumstances. Imagine, turning down the legal currency of the country in which they do business. Never again will I do business with Ramada. Stay away. For the record, I have an unblemished credit history. I am a senior citizen and Canadian born.

Did not get the room I reserved. Got a mobility room that had no couch or table to eat or take out. Even though hotel was empty. When I pulled out the side table next to bed there were empty food wrappers and a lot of crap. Obvious it had not been cleaned back there. Only gave 3 pillows on a bed that says a queen but was a double. Do better Ramada.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Only complaint was seeing the bathroom not as clean as I would have liked when compared to other places I've stayed. There were stains on the tile, and wallpaper as well as a dirty bathtub. I was able to shower but avoided taking a bath.

The staff was really nice but the rooms and quality of the hotel was really run down. The pictures make the hotel to look better than it really is. The pool looked dirty so we didn’t go in and the rooms were cold, dark and old. Not a place I would stay again.

One of two lights in the room blew within 15 mins of my arrival and was flickering the moment I turned it on. The remote for the TV was broken so it didn’t adjust volume. The blanket was very light and there wasn’t an extra in the room. The operator forwarded a phone call to my phone at 3.45am and the person didn’t complete the call (they hung up). The room didn’t come with a tub. The room shook with a train going by.
