Beautiful resort spa. Very clean and quiet. Reasonable rates for a nice Venus. Close to Sunset Beach Bar to watch planes. Highly recommend.

Very clean , spacious comfortable room . Safe area , walking distance to the beach,shops and restaurants. Food was amazing. We ate most of our meals on property and every meal was better than the one before. We have tried everything on the menu and everything was amazing . Staff very friendly except one girl at the front desk she seemed like she hated her job but we just gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed that she was maybe going trough something. Security guard was our favorite one , he had an answer to all our questions, helped anywhere and everywhere he could. Shuttle drivers were all great as well . My only issue was that the hotel doesn’t have their own beach but i knew that going in . The beach pool they have is great . Definitely try the beach bar next door , amazing live music every night and the food and drinks were great there as well . Bakery on the property was also great . Amazing French pastries. Walkable distance to smash burger which was the best burger i have ever had in my life. Must try

The staff was amazing handling a need that arose due to a Expedia foul-up…they went above and beyond, especially Oswaldo, Nyell, Ravi, and others I can’t quite remember the names. Highly recommend! From ATL to SXM
Great time at the Morgan Resort. Service was great from start to finish of our 7 days vacation, but please understand, service is rated based on "Island time", lol. Food at the resort is pretty good, especially since we love Conch Fritters. Short walk to Maho Village with a variety of restaurants. Enjoyed the work out room, pool was fantastic, and the sunsets were over the top! We had a party of 4 with 2 rooms.

Whilst the location was great; the staff essentially milled around sluggishly on their phones. On the few occasions we needed assistance they couldn’t be bothered to help and sent us elsewhere. We were always having to ask for shower gel, towels / coffee Kcups / pool towels. Just basic. These should have been mandatory in our room. The food was also over priced and not great. The service was very slow and sloppy. It really should be better on a 5* resort. We raised our concerns with reception as we were there for 8 nights. But essentially nothing was done and no changes made. A disappointing stay overall. We really can’t give more than 3* and that’s being generous.
