The hotel staff are very friendly, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has restaurants and the food is very tasty, breakfast is a buffet and had plenty of options for different cultures. It was about a 10min walk to the riverfront which has so many different restaurants to chose from. The only thing I found personally hard to adjust to was the bed was a bit firm to what I am use to, this is just my personal preference. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location( close to Havelock MRT),but very narrow space( the bed is stuck to the window sill, you can only go to bed on one side. And what is more, you have to climb on a wooden table first then you can reach the bed). If you are old or not very strong, be careful. As it is easy to fall from the bed when it is dark( go to toilet during night?). Also it is totally not sound proof: during night you can hear clearly the sound of cough, snoring, flushing toilet etc of your neighbour rooms. Cannot sleep well. Not recommend.

The pool was great. However the room we were in wasn't in very good condition. The lobby staff were not very helpful when requesting assistance with certain things, like booking massages or appointments. There was no room service/menu/information booklet in the room about what was available. The vending machine broke and although I asked for assistance three times. The staff looked annoyed at having to help.and I never received the item.

Although we only had a very short stay, we coukd tell this hotel was a good choice for families based on the facilities on offer. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, although the furnishings are looking rough. A good-priced hotel for Singapore.
