"We had a nice stay at the Diplomat. Right on the seafront. Didn't get a sea view room but we could still see the sea from our balcony. Nice clean room with complementary slippers and bath robes (bath robes are not for keeps though). Friendly staff. Plenty of options at the included breakfast buffet. There's a bus stop about 30 seconds walk outside and the buses are frequent and easy to use. Just jump on and pay a fixed fee which gives you about two hours of travel. Can't be used for a return journey though, you have to pay again to come back but it's only 2 euros so cheap as chips. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Also has a spa, a gym and there's a pool and sun terrace on the roof which was deserted both times we went up there so we had it to ourselves. Has everything you want really. Recommend."

"Absolutely incredible, start to finish. Got to hotel 2 hours early. Our room was ready and staff kindly let us check in, after a welcome drink! Everything spotless. Breakfast was tasty with nice selection. Access to pool which was equally clean and a nice place to spend a day or two relaxing. Allowed to use hotel facilities (including pool) after check out whilst waiting to return home. The friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at before. We will be returning next year!"
