Tried to get an early check in since we were staying at the hotel because of a surgery on Thursday and follow up on Friday. The woman on the phone told me I would have to go to the property in order to see if a room was available. No t convenient since I was waiting for my husband to get out of surgery

Loved that it is non smoking! Place was very nice and rooms in hotel had high quality beds and pillows. bathroom clean with nice walk in shower with rain shower head. However, I gave it four stars because the food court food was not very good, I asked if the lobster bisque was creamy thick or thin. Was told yes it creamy. However It was thin and tasteless. Lastly, I was disappointed that there is no sit down breakfast restaurant in the casino or surrounding neighborhood. I Was told closest by the hotel desk staff there was one was 10 minutes away.

The hotel is nice but the casino is horrible homeless people all over the place begging for cigarettes peeing and pooping in the smoking area and garage, mice running around the games, the cleaners don’t clean the smoking area i will never go to MGM ever again

The property was nice with a great and easy to navigate layout. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cute but not cleaned TIPTOP... only small things I would never complain about! Each bedside table had small spots that we wiped ourselves and underneath the bathroom vanity could have used a vacuum, like I said very minor! Also I wish the room had a mini fridge but from what I've heard none of the rooms have them. But it was a fun NYE! I would definitely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised what a cute casino and hotel it was. There was an old building feel with exposed brick look and industrial type fixtures. It really fit nicely with the old downtown area. Really quick walk to Symphony Hall if seeing a show.
