This was our third time staying at the MGM Springfield Hotel - now being six years old. It is starting to show a little bit of wear and tear since it’s grand opening. Overall, it’s a great property and has some of the nicest showers out of any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. However, the soundproofing of the rooms is not great, and you can hear the going on from the hall, neighboring rooms and even in the bathrooms.

Nice hotel and casino
Stay was wonderful. Hotels.com did not properly pass the reservation informative to the hotel. The check-in process took more than 20 minutes. Try Red Rose restaurant for a great Italian meal!

Food was awful in the food court. Ordered two different tacos and they tasted awful and dry. Food court type scenery and taste. Room had an empty beer can in the trash bin. Pasty stuck to the roof that looks like it’s been there awhile. Overall not good. Complained on the cleanliness and was given $20…. Not impressed and won’t be back.
