We arrived 1hour before the check in time, FD agent said there was no room ready (without even checking on the system) and asked us to come back 2:30pm. We were waiting at the parking lot and saw some couples that just arrived getting room between 2:10 and 2:15. Room with housekeeping issues: floor super dirty (our socks went to trash), shower walls with hairs, bed sheets with stains. Some engineering issues: the bathroom door does not close all the way, we tried to close and the door fell out, the AC thermostat does not connect the temperature with the AC itself. Saw a lot of comments saying that the breakfast is awesome! But for us was basic (toast, sausage, egg and waffle). Checkout time there was nobody over for a while and line waiting someone show up. For what the hotel offers it is overpriced! Not coming back for sure.

My Birthday and Christmas Mini Vacation
This hotel had good morning breakfasts. The customer service was friendly and helped me type a paper on their Wi-Fi. I did not like the $5 fee the hotel charged us when we got there for parking this was not included on the Hotel.com website. We had one problem the outlet in the bathroom did not work & the fan. The customer service was helpful and switched our rooms. The beds were a little hard. All in all we had a nice stay.

Clean and Friendly service
Great stay! Across from Beach access. Clean room and easy parking. The vending machine was not working but besides that it is a safe clean place to stay.
