This is a very well run hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of people about cleaning and doing maintenance tasks and the property reflects that. We especially liked the ceramic tile flooring in the room, no walking on carpet that was cleaned, maybe some time in the past? Plenty of towels in the bathroom, and they were soft!

Our biggest issue was how loud it was. I guess the walls are paper thin. People walking down the hallway late at night and kids yelling, well it woke us up out of a sound sleep and we are pretty deep sleepers. Maybe some awareness about “After 11pm be mindful of your neighbors” type thing.

Very charming property, our room is very spacious and has a beautiful balcony view with an ocean view. There is a microwave, safe and TV (though we haven’t watched anything). The property is clean and well kept and it’s Guy Harvey themed with incredible artwork throughout. The store in the lobby is incredible.

We’d come back!
Despite lots of people at the desk, check-in was fast and friendly. I’m not sure how the housekeepers could do their job because the stopper prevented the sink from draining. However, even on Christmas, they had someone replace it when asked. The setting is terrific, and breakfast was quite good. I would greatly appreciate more flavors available for in-room coffee service, especially since it’s a Keurig. They only offered Greem Mtn. Breakfast Blend, which is pretty weak, and the decaf is the dark roast..that’s backwards to me. It would be great to have real 1/2 and 1/2 too, instead of packets of powder. There is no coffee service or snacks available in the lobby, only the restaurant. The king bed, pillows, and linens were great, and despite a pretty full hotel, we got good rest. The beach is footsteps away. I hope we can come back again. I’m a Guy Harvey fan so it’s great to see the sea life depicted in every room.
