I enjoyed my 5 nights in a club access room within the hotel. The club room was excellent and the food was lovely. The condition of the room, bathroom was not 5 star. bathroom was very small with mould in the silicone, not much storage for clothes. But the bed was comfy, great for after having a big day out and about, had a great night sleep! Otherwise we had a great stay.

I had stayed here once before and found it to be ok. This was a horrible experience. Our bed had stains on the doonah, the room also smelt. On our 2nd night my 7 year old went to ask about a blanket as he was cold, it took 5 hours to get a blanket, arrived at 11.45pm! In the end I phoned room service and they assisted.

Great place, really nice to have a balcony room looking over Darling Harbour. Breakfast wasn’t great but not bad. Loved the roof bar, such a nice area to watch the sun set.

Property is definitely NOT a 5 star rated hotel for sure, harbour view only visible if you are at or above level 6. No pool and gym is below par. Staff is active but could do better . Rooms not spacious. Overall average experience.

This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The area too crowded and it was impossible to find someone to order a coffee. The worse experience ever! Thanks, Caroline
