This is an older hotel and not what we expected from a long term stay hotel. First the kitchen sink was clogged. We reported it and the desk clerk said they would send someone to take care of it only it was late in the evening so we asked to be notified before someone could look at it. Never heard from anyone. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. Their were a miniscule amount of kitchen utensils, one pot, no pans, no large mixing bowls, which should be provided if people expect to cook while staying there. When the heat came on, it smelled like maybe filters needed to be changed. I'm allergic to dust so I was continually congested when I was on the room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress sloped to the middle so we rolled to the middle when trying to sleep.

The hotel is nice and quiet. The first room we were given had dirty sheets. the front desk person, Josh, was very apologetic and quickly got a different room. The second room is better and the bed is clean. The chairs and rest of the room are so so. Hair and dust on the chairs.

arrive early if you want a good spot.
It's a great place to stay, but their parking lot gets crowded after 6PM. Breakfast, pool, and hot tub are awesome. Bed is comfy.

I really like this property and my husband and I have stayed here at least three times, while visiting friends. However, this visit was a little shaky. We were first given a room that smelled terrible. The front desk personnel swiftly switched us and told us the room shouldn't have been given because it was under repair. Our next room was perfectly fine. We then wanted to use the hot tub but it was in disrepair, of which we were notified upon check in, but still disappointing. I think the sum of the incidents will stop me from rebooking but it's still a quality hotel. This just tells me, it's time to change our Toledo hotel to something a bit more ready to receive mature travelers.

Very Homey
When I'm traveling for work for extra-long periods of time, it's nice to have a room to go back to that doesn't feel like a hotel. Residence Inn gives me that home-away-from-home experience. Clean, spacious, comfortable suites, and delicious cookies too! Will stay here again (and again).

My husband and I went on our first date in over 4 yrs, it was a wonderful time! We had the pool to ourselves, the hot tub to ourselves and the hotel was so nice. very clean, very quite too! I slept wonderfully.
