I came to Tuscon for a course and had my flight delayed for over4hours because if weather. I made a quick call and the staff was extremely helpful and made sure that i had a room when I finally arrived. Loved the little Casita room. The breakfast was hot and delicious and all of the staff were very friendly. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when Ireturn to Tuscon. Beautiful Sunrise over the mountains as well.

Great pool, but rude desk workers and bed bugs.
We loved the pool at this hotel. Our room had bed bugs. I brought one of the bugs to the front desk our first morning there. At first she was disgusted and offered us a refund on all resort fees and a new upgraded room for the rest of our stay. When I came back later to find out about our new room she said it was actually lice and we brought it. (NOT LICE, we were so grossed out we went and got checked out, NOT from us!) I have never had worse customer service than this lady, who was there everyday during our stay. She continued to tell us we wouldn’t be refunded and she didn’t know that she could move us. (This hotel was literally empty, NO WAY there wasn’t room to move us.) After calling a manager (who we found out later was in a different state) we got a new room, but not the upgrade we were promised. We also had to fight for our refund when someone besides her was working. Also, we had no toilet paper or hand soap so asked for some, and she told us we had to wait until the next day. I pressed the issue because we had none, and she finally gave us a roll but said we had to wait for soap. Housekeeping came the next day and never filled our soap. Asked again and she was so rude about it. They finally gave us shower gel to use as soap. This woman should NOT be working in customer service, and this hotel should not employ someone like her.

The only thing they dont have one bathtub in the whole hotel when i asked if i could get a fefund they said i would have to go through 3 party not them it was my daughters birthday and all she wanted was to soak in the tub

Not a resort, the resort fee is ridiculous.
I liked the property it is a nice change from corporate chain hotels. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathrooms and plumbing are a bit dated but functional. However, the “resort fee” of $18 was a complete rip off. It’s not a resort. It’s a hotel with a pool and nice but limited grounds surrounded by businesses and hotels. If it’s a resort then so is every hotel with a pool.

The accommodations were nice. The front desk staff more business than friendly or accommodating. Our room had no heat and when I called the front desk, the clerks only response was "ok". I explained in was pretty cold in the room, and got the same response "ok" . I finally had to ask for extra blanket and was told I could one but I have to come to the front desk get it.

This place is a diamond in the rough for sure . I was worried it wouldn’t be nice since the price is so great . The place is clean and adorable. Kobe at the front desk was friendly and beyond accommodating. Delicious cookies given to us on arrival. Beautiful pool , jacuzzi and views. Close to plenty of delicious restaurants. Safe area . Updated rooms, comfortable bed. Me and my husband enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful night and will definitely be back ! Love this place .
