Absolutely the worst stay! Not only did the hotel parking garage elevator not work, it cost $15. My husband and myself had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage multiple times. To make it worse the room next to us played loud music starting at midnight , finally at 3am we called the front to ask security to get involved. Unfortunately that did nothing as the music continued. We decided to check out since it was too loud to get any sleep. Even the night attendant was rude and not very helpful. He did say we would receive a full refund for the room and parking however when I asked could we get something in writing he got very rude with us. This hotel has gone down hill. We ended up checking out at 3:30am to drive 4 hours back to Dallas. So frustrated and the most unpleasant stay.

This was a wonderful nights stay, right next to the hospital where I was visiting a patient. Lovely comfy rooms. Shower was forceful, towels plentiful and clean. Carpets look a bit tired and the check in clerk forgot to offer me a cookie (awkward moment while I was waiting expectantly and he looking disturbed back at me). Restaurant staff were very gracious and welcoming. Definitely staying there again when I go back to Tulsa

Personnel from our company stay here monthly and quarterly for their meetings for 2-3 nights per trip. There were 5 of us staying here for 3 nights for meetings across the street at NGL Energy's Corp. Office. Three of us didn't have any bedding/Comforters on our beds so we stopped at the front desk to request this. I got to my room after dinner and there was a comforter piled on my bed that looked like it came off the streets. It a had huge "Pee Stain" about the size of a dinner plate, other stains, along with a blood stain on it. I took this back down to the front desk & said this is totally unacceptable and threw the dirty comforter on the floor behind their front desk. I said I am a Hilton Honors member, and I have pictures of this that I'll be sending to the Hilton's HQ. The desk person apologized and shortly after that, clean linen, not a proper comforter or cover, was delivered to my room. I have never experienced this in my 45 years of traveling, even from the lowest cost hotel/motels I've stayed at & I traveled the world internationally for 7 years. Lenny Altenburg

The property was nice but there were several conventions that weekend so it was packed with kids. Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub as they were crowded. Kids and parents took over the halls and there were people hanging out everywhere at all hours. Was noisey

We had to travel to Tulsa last minute, we were able to book this while on our way from Saint Louis. We arrived pretty late, but had safe garage parking and the hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was great, one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in.

Becoming VERY DISAPPOINTED with Hilton hotels.

When we got to our room (balcony room on the top floor) the room was freezing, we turned up the thermostat but it only blew out cold air. After waiting 1/2 hr. I called the front desk & informed them of the situation. The front desk clerk assured me she would have maintenance right up to fix it. Maintenance never showed up, so 45 min later I called & requested a different room. We switched to the new room, SAME PROBLEM. Called the front desk & told her the heat wasn't working in that room either. She said she'd have an engineer up this time. About 15 min later maintenance showed up & completely disconnected the thermostat & told us the heat was out for the whole hotel because the blower in the basement went out THE DAY BEFORE! By this time it was already well passed dinner & I was too tired to switch hotels so we stayed. The outside temp only got down to the high 40's so the room wasn't too uncomfortable. They should have informed us there was no heat above the 2nd floor when we checked in. If they had've we could have gotten a refund & booked a different hotel. So far it's been one issue after the other with Hilton hotels.
