This hotel is so easy to find for visitors new to the city. The Rialto bridge is out the front door.

It is an amazing place, not a quiet place; it is in front of the pier, but it is a great place to visit Venezia. The hotel is almost at the center of everything. The staff is excellent,

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff is friendly. Internet works fine too. The daily room cleaning service was poor. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

Overall, the front counter staff was rude and pompous. Be sure to listen and follow all of the rules at check in. My mother-in-law asked the concierge if he could call ahead to a restaurant to see if the restaurant could accomodate a birthday request. The person at the desk refused and made fun of my mother-in-law for making such a ridiculous request. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the decor was dated, worn, and rundown. There was actually bare cement in our room with random paint brush marks and paint drips as though they were going to remodel and then just quit. Air conditioner split unit did not work it just blew hot air. Bedspread was probably 20 years old and pillows were from before the Renaissance. There were maybe 3 or 4 feathers fighting to keep the pillowcase on. Luckily, the stiff starch was on the pillowcase to help. On a positive note other employees such as, room service and bag service employees were very kind and efficient.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. It is very convenient for accessing the boat bus and water taxi since the stop is in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The room was perfectly clean. We rented the suite which is very spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was also very good with plently of fresh fruit available. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The water taxi to the airport made our depature smooth and worry free.We arrived on the tren and took the water bus to the hotel which was also easy since it stops at Hotel Rialto. This is the place for a great room and location.

A comfortable stay for a single female in a very friendly, affordable hotel. The single room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast menu was varied and more than adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely stay in Venice at a lovely hotel. I would recommend.

Lovely hotel
