Horrible room！
The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to both the bus and train stations. However, the room we stayed in was very disappointing. It was right next to the elevator, which produced a loud noise every time it operated. It felt like we were lying next to a railroad track, and my wife and I could hardly sleep all night.

Within walking distance of the main train station (maybe 8 minutes). Straight walk down to Nowy Swiat and the Old Town area (15-20 mins). Hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are a fair size with good bathroom and shower facilities. Great breakfast with so much to choose from - You will eat well here! Cannot complain. I would stay here again! DN.

I tried changing the dates on my reservation. They told me I can't. The reservation was nonrefundable. Never again will I deal with Expedia and Novotel. Time for these companies to go away.

In general it’s ok for a 4 stars hotel. Clean, comfy bed, pillows. House keeping was good The bathroom sometimes has sewage smell, no hair conditioner or body lotion, Should have a choice of gas or still water bottles.
