"The hotel was clean, the staff are attentive and there are many restaurants and shops near by. I would have liked better onsite dinning options as the onlt restaurant was not open for breakfast and their dinner menu was not to my liking. "

"The hotel staff were very nice and friendly! They made the experience so much better. If we asked for anything they were at the door in minutes! The room was not clearly advertised on expedia, unfortunately. It was advertised as sleeping for 3. There were not enough beds for it to sleep 3. There was just a king bed in the "bedroom" and a couch. We made it work and made the couch our daughters bed. The hospital next door is incredibly busy, sirens day and night along with a lot of homeless around. The hotel is centrally located and has a lot to do around it but unfortunately not much to do in the hotel. The pool was freezing and then closed for maintenance after the 1st day of our stay which was a huge bummer for our daughter and part of the reason for selecting this hotel. Overall, the hotel was nice and secure but we probably won't be staying here again. "
