Location was great and within walking distance of CBD. The older style shower head was better than the Ritz Carlton in Perth where I stayed a few weeks earlier. Though I paid extra and loved the view from the balcony (even through the tree) i wanted fresh air, not air conditioning which did look rather dubious. Not possible to leave door open early morning due to noise from cafe clients! Perhaps a word of warning on arrival??

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beach and ocean pools. Although its an older building, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was lovely. The cafe downstairs is perfect for breakfast, their smoked salmon bagels are exceptional... great coffee too! Will stay again

The location and the view from the front rooms are great.Some noise in the mornings if on the first floor. Good parking. Very easy walk to the harbour and beaches. Helpful staff lent me USB charger.

Great location. Room very good. I never saw a member of staff because I arrived late and left early which was fine but the lock boxes weren’t great. They were difficult to open and close when collecting the key and then leaving the key early the next morning. But overall very good and convenient.

Restaurant was closed. Cafe was closed. Room old and tired. Bathroom small, old and not inviting. Carparking was a joke, not enough spaces. Chairs didnt fit with tables. Airconditioning antiquated. Impossible to have any dark at night with floodlights beeming in through the windows at night.
