I have to start by saying the property was beautiful, the room spotless, comfortable bed. There are many great liquor options and tons of food; now that's where the good ends. Most of the staff were sweet but entirely unresponsive for a huge issue. On our first night there, my fiance showered, and I was not sure what was wrong, but water leaked from the roll-in shower all the way into the hallway of the room. I don’t mean a small leak; I’m talking about a giant puddle. I fell extremely hard, feet entirely over my head, nothing to hold on to. My fiance heard and saw the fall from the balcony while hanging clothes. Longer story short, we reported it to the desk that night, and no manager came to the room; no manager even reached out to me. Saturday, the pain got worse. They offered me to pay out of my pocket $200 to see a doctor while on vacation getting hurt on their property. The doctor wasn’t even offered to me till Sunday. No one did anything at all with visible bruises. No accident report, no incident report. Management has yet to even reach out to me. I wish I could have enjoyed the weekend more. Watch your step, I guess !!!!! Maybe some water shoes in the room.

The staff was really accommodating and friendly. They had great meal options especiallythe breakfastselections. However, the check-in process was extremely long and you had to go to the front desk to do everything. Also we went to dinner one night at Maxal restaurant and there were 4 power outages while we were there eating. The pool area is nice but extremely busy and sometimes they had no towels available. You have to get up super early to try to get a seat and even then there's no guarantee as someone may move your towel. There were also a lot of families so if you are looking for a more quiet setting keep this in mind. Overall we had a good time.

We stayed in Hilton Cancun all-inclusive resort in early April 2024. It is definitely not a 5 star resort as it advertises and too overpriced given their terrible services. We didn’t have good experience there and the services were terrible, don’t recommend to stay there unless you want to pay 5 star price for 2 star service. 1. The room we booked and paid for was not available when we checked in. We had to stay in a room we didn’t like as they said it was the only room available. 2. The lady helped us check in initially gave us a room with 1 queen bed but we booked the room with 2 queen beds; she didn’t tell us and we found out by ourselves after walking to the room for 15 mins then had to walk back to the front desk with all the luggages. Very frustrating and disappointing experience as the front desk staff should’ve ensured they assigned the right room to the guests and informed guests if the room they booked was not available rather than having the guests find out by themselves. 4. The event times on the screens in the lobby were all wrong for the entire week! It showed the events start at 9pm daily when they actually started at 7:30pm! We thought it was cancelled then later realized the screens displayed incorrect info. 5. The balcony door in our room could not be opened and we had to call their maintenance to fix it multiple times during our stay. Overall terrible service and communication. Hilton needs to improve their training, communication, and coordination.

My husband and I spent a week at the Hilton Cancún All Inclusive Resort and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. We had an ocean view room and loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the water and listening to the waves. The hotel ataff were extremely helpful and the wait staff in the restaurants were fantastic - very friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of food and drinks and we enjoyed every dinner at the various restaurants. The hotel helped us book a shuttle to downtown Cancún and we enjoyed a day of shopping and sightseeing. The hotel can also help arrange tours and any other activities you may want to do. The hotel also did a great job of hosting various activities for kids, families as well as yoga, live music etc for adults. The lobby bar was always hopping and just a great vibe the entire time we were there. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cancun and can’t wait to go back!
