We loved the resort. The only reason we could not give it a 5 star was because of the food. That was a 2 or 3. Most of the food seemed like it sat under a heat lamp and dried out. Could be they were short on help. Not sure. I had the seafood grill the last night. Lobster so tough it was not edible. Otherwise the resort and staff were great. I would go back hoping fur a better culinary experience.

Amazing resort. It was a Shane that there were serious service issues. I don’t know if the resort was short staffed and those who were working were beyond tired but most didn’t even want to make eye contact. When you did ask for anything at the buffet (even for water) there was a sigh and an eye roll. Really a shame. Would love to come back but definitely won’t unless there’s a very basic level of service there.
