"We were visiting SF for a vacation and chose to stay here. Nice central location in a safe area. Walkable or close to public transport. Rooms were clean and no issues. I do wish they had smart TVs like most hotels do these days "

"The property is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. When one goes to the Fairmont you ah e to realize that is an old property. However is well maintained. "

"Nice stay, with spacious rooms and convenient to local sights. Would never have expected such large rooms in the heart of the city. Close to the square and was easy to get Ubers or waymos to wherever we wanted to go. Even Walking was no problem. Plenty food options nearby. Pool was used by the little kids in our family and was a treat. The adults used the sauna which was luckily convenient to our rooms. Be sure to book a sauna time. "

Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our room was clean, modern, and super comfortable, just as we remembered. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, the perfect way to start our busy days exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—it made getting to all of the activities we came in town for incredibly easy.
