Comfortable stay.
Hotel in a good position and despite being close to a busy road there is no noise thanks to excellent double glazing. Very welcoming, comfortable bed in a room which was just big enough. Excellent choice for the Continental breakfast. Would happily stay again.

The room was clean and a reasonable size. We found the pillows were too soft and only one per bed. Overall it was good.

Each room has an individual AC unit, but these do not cool very well (possibly not at all). If you are going to be in Aachen when the weather is hot (as I was), be aware that the hotel will be quite warm.

Kind staff,perfect location, noisy, too warm room
Staff was very kind and the location is perfect. But the air conditioner doesn’t work well at over 30degree outside. Because of the location the noise of the traffic is a little annoying.

Nice breakfbreak easy walk down to the city center
Enjoyed the Christmas market and parks near the hotel. Parked in a TINY but very convenient garage at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will return

Good, safe, but a little expensive.
The hotel was overall very simple but very good. Also great breakfast. I learned it was recently renovated and indeed the installations were clean and comfortable. Service staff was very nice but I regret the fact I was not able to get the wireless internet connection to work which is not acceptable when you are travelling on business. The hotel was also a little expansive, I think, if you compare with other hotels in Aachen and other cities in the north part of Germany.

Great breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and a Cappuccino with a smiley. Single room is not big, but clean and comfortable. Service is great.
