Great hotel, bad neighborhood
Great budget option. Good rooms and friendly staff. Be warned that there are a lot of homeless and drug users on this street and the property is next to a loud nightclub so is very noisy on weekends. Not much the property can do about either of those things. I wouldn't recommend for those with young families, but if you're on a budget, fine for couples or solo travellers, just keep your wits about you on this street.

There is a dance club on the first floor of the hotel. Very loud music/bass/noise until 3am. This was not disclosed when booking. I felt they purposely hide this info.

Great location for walking and night life. Building could use an update but the price was fair. If you’re uncomfortable with unhoused people, you may wanna look elsewhere. Never felt unsafe, just a lot to take in if you’re not used to it. Would stay again. Staff was very nice.

The stairs leading up to the 1st floor were super sticky but otherwise our stay was pretty good. Small room and not extravagant by any means but it was clean, the beds were super comfy and it was a great location for us as we were attending a concert at the Commodore Ballroom. For the price we would stay there again!

Overall the Quality Inn was good - however it was VERY noisy. There are several nightclubs as part of the building & the noise (pounding bass) made sleep nearly impossible. The noise went on till past 3:00 in the morning.
