The room was spacious, much bigger than any other I have been before. The spa facilities were nice but the gym needs an upgrade. The whole hotel shows its age and needs a renovation however the standards are not very bad, some nice toilet equipment, furniture, carpets and painting would do the job.

Comfortable hotel for business trips
The resort is easy to access from the motorway and has ample parking. It's not quite in the center of town, but has all that you need on site. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities are popular with guests and I would imagine that the outside pool and slides will also be well used in the summer months. The restaurant has a varied menu and daily specials. It's a comfortable hotel for business use - but don't forget to request a non-smoking room.

Het was een Elegant hotel
Sinds mijn eerste verblijf hier, is het hotel is de relatie tussen naam en werkelijkheid aan het verliezen. Het is sinds die tijd alleen maar achteruit gegaan en het lijkt er nu op dat het budget van onderhoud is uitgeknepen tot het hoogst noodzakelijke. Vrijwel alles, op de lobby na, heeft aandacht nodig. De lift die ik gebruikt heb had kapotte wanden, de vloer van de oploop naar het restaurant wordt met ducktape aan elkaar gehouden, de vloerbedekking heeft een spoor van het bedienend personeel. In mijn kamer was de toilet zitting defect, het gordijn hing voor de helft uit de rails, de ramen niet meer geluiddicht. Eigenlijk teveel om op te noemen. Is dat een bezwaar om hier te overnachten? Nee. Het personeel doet zijn best om jouw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken, vooral in het restaurant. Een oproep aan het hotel: Doe iets aan het hotel, het is moe en verdient enorm meer liefde van de managers.
