Fantastic but lacks a good restaurant
Located in Hoofddorp, it’s a short drive to the airport. Free shuttle bus from the airport but you will pay to return. Overall condition and cleanliness is what you would expect - top shelf. Great room and quite well insulated too. Only major gripe and it is a big one: the restaurant is terrible. Just terrible. Menu is spartan and was limited to a tapas like selection. I ended up ordering the “Pizza-Hut” style personal pizza as noting else appealed. The bar area was the only savior during the stay and the bar tender was great all three evenings. But this place could be a 5 star venue for all it offers if they just upgrade the restaurant selection.

Hyatt Place in Hooffddorp is a great hotel near Amsterdam Airport. The staff are always very welcoming and very efficient. The rooms are spotless , very quiet and comfortable. I have stayed here a few times and I am always pleased with my choice. The hotel also serves a very nice breakfast buffet , and has a relaxing bar as well.

Fabulous airport hotel
Stayed near Schipol Airport after disembarking from HA cruise to Scotland and Iceland for 3 days before returning to US. Only negative was cost of getting to downtown Amsterdam and from Rotterdam. We walked and found a lovely butterfly sanctuary next to hotel and thru business area. Walked in another direction and found a lovely cafe. Just didn't get to visit other museums on list in Amsterdam. Loved the airport shuttle

I called ahead to confirm since the Hyatt requested it if I would be arriving after 9pm. When I got there around 11pm they said they didn't have any more rooms. WHAT?!?! They called another hotel and booked me the 2 rooms I needed but The Moxy is definitely not the same experience as the Hyatt. They paid for a taxi to get us there and for The Moxy shuttle to take us back to the airport the next day so that was nice, but it doesn't change the fact that they gave away my room after I confirmed it, too.

Unfortunately, while there is no charge for the shuttle from Schiphol to the hotel, there is a charge to take the shuttle back to the airport. Also, despite being a modern room, the air conditioning did not work. It was stifling hot and noisy all night. I was told I should have called maintenance to fix it - not too desirable at 02:00 am. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and amenities.

When having an esrly flight or just a pla e out of the tourist zones this hotel has most anything you need. The shuttle is convenient and the bus stop is 5 min walk away.
