Everything was pretty good in new hotel. However a few issues marred the experience. Namely our lift was out of order for half the stay which made breakfast and lift journey's take for ages. The other issue was the hotel cheaped out on the toilet paper with 1 ply sandpaper. We purchased proper tp from the supermarket nextdoor. Overall stay was good at a relatively good price comparatively. Just need to improve the guest experience.

Away from the noise of staying in central Amsterdam, the hotel is a short walk away from the F2 ferry crossing on the Northside. The Foodmarket grocery store is opposite and ideal for picking up evening snacks. Book a room with a view over the river IJ. Rooms were spotless when we can back after a day out. Plenty to eat at breakfast.

the location is a bit far from the old town but within walkable distance, the room was not big but comfortable, the breakfast was good and it's right next to 2 big supermarkets

One elevator was broken our entire stay. The only working elevator broke down during the early evening of our last day. We had to walk up and down 14 floors. It was still not working when we had to check out so we had to carry our luggage down 14 floors as the staff was busy assisting out guest with luggage. We did not find the response and communication from management adequate given the circumstances. No offer of compensation was offered. Only an apology. It was disappointing.
