I have stayed multiple times. The rooms are nice, clean and great AC. The staff service is prompt and friendly. The restaurant has good options excellent portions per price paid. Would like to compliment Guillermo the bartender at the pool side he went to the restaurant to provide full service for the kids and prepared special drinks to our taste. This staff really goes to the extreme to provide excellent service. Recommended!

The hotel needs remodeling. The average rooms have deteriorated over many years. Stained floors, unusable showers, noisy air conditioners, etc. The staff lacks training and common sense.

Me encantó el restaurante, el área de la piscina muy bueno. Si tienes sed tienes que esperar a que abran la barra a las 11am. Deben de mejor los cuartos, cuando uno sale de vacaciones uno va ha descansar y todo hotel debe de tener por lo menos almohadas cómodas y sábanas limpias sin manchas o desgastadas. Las almohadas no eran ni “standar”, eran sumamente pequeñas y finitas. Pedimos más y llegaron las mismas, dos no hacían una. Salía agua por debajo del inodoro y no nos cambiaron el cuarto.

The hotel appears to be used hard and the normal upkeep and repairs, like power washing off mildew and removing or treating rust, are somewhat lacking… somewhat expensive for the condition.

The views from the hotel are great, but the hotel is in VERY POOR CONDITION. My room door had a hole that you can see inside from the outside and the balcony door didn't work, I had to close the door that connect to the contiguous room with a hanger and a pen, so I didn't feel secure 😳 on the other hand, the employees at the restaurant and the food are GREAT

Not the worst but left a lot to be desired
Lobby, courtyard, pool and beach looked great. The view of the ocean and coastline is one of the hotels redeeming qualities. Rooms are outdated. Beds were decently comfortable. AC worked great. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. You can open a small window but opens up to the hallway. Staff were very friendly. The biggest disappointment for me was the hotel had no amenities. No room service. No all day/ late night food or drink options. Had one kinda of up scale restaurant, which was good but expensive. Lunch at the pool was more reasonable but we basically had to drive to get every meal. They don’t offer paddle boards or snorkeling gear or any beach activities. And the beach is very rocky. Can’t really go in. But snorkeling would be good if you had a life jacket. The location as a jumping point to explore the west side of the island was good but there is nothing you can walk to. No morning stroll or shops. Had to drive everywhere. Hard to find a lot of family activities. Tons of bars but again have to drive. Didn’t have a lot of time to research for my vacation but I think there’s probably a lot better hotels and locations that would have better suited my family vacation.
