Carpet was very hard to push a wheelchair, to a room not close to the entrance. Door to the bathroom opened the wrong way to be user friendly in a wheelchair. Beds were very, very soft lacking support.

Unfortunately uncomfortable
Bed was very uncomfortable and only managed to get 2-3,hrs sleep at most. The air con unit is very loud. The elevator is super slow as is the staff who run this place.
