There was only one side to enter the bed meaning one person had to crawl over the other or the other person had to get out of the be. The loft stairs turned twice which meant some of the stairs were triangle shaped. The stair well was steep and narrow. Dangerous, especially if you had to go downstairs to use the washroom in the middle of the night. Never stay there again.

Nice location. Need better signage for the parking. Room was clean but being in the loft I couldn't help but stare the dust on the ceiling fan and ontop of the kitchen cabinets

We stayed in The Loft, a two story room. It was everything we needed and there was a balcony. The only thing that didn’t work well for us was that the bed, which was on the second floor, had to be against a wall which made it awkward for the inside person to get in and out especially in the night. The bathroom was on the ground floor. For seniors who need to use the washroom in the night having to go downstairs was a bit inconvenient. We would definitely stay at this hotel again but in a different room. Very convenient to everything. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent location. Easy access to everything. Even they say limited parking on site, public parking lot #1 just minutes walk with EV chargers and free overnight parking during non-ski session. Room was big but smaller bathroom. The only thing to complain was the A/C too noisy and woke me up several times.

Hidden jem, I stay here every visit to Whistler. It steps you right out into the village and has parking. Loft style is perfect for my family. Put our daughter to sleep upstairs and don’t need to worry about waking her.

Our bed was broken. The tv was small and hard to watch from were it was placed too far from the sitting area. The room was awkwardly set up and had difficulty getting our luggage there with all the stairs.

The hotel was unique and felt more like an apartment with the loft. Nice views and had a comfy bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was not as clean as it should be. The couch was very dirty, had to lay towels on it to be able to sit down. The vent in the bathroom above the sink, you could tell it had never been cleaned. It was full of caked on dust. I left some kleenex on the dresser, they were not even picked up. The location is prime, but unfortunately i would not reccommend it because of the cleanliness issue.

The location is infront of the village and close to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tubs was at a different location. Room did not have direct access to elevator and prepare to climb stairs. Check in was difficult to find location and online checking in was not convenient. Additional cost for parking
