"All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Beachfront beautiful, plenty of shade and chairs, cool straw roofs. We were there before sunrise and saw workers busy cleaning and straightening out the chairs, and combing the sand to clear away seaweed, caring for the plants. Your hard work is under the radar, yields beautiful results, and was most appreciated by us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

You need whatsup app on your phone because they will send you a QR code to check in with.. I did not realize this and they were very helpful on the phone. The location is in a nice part of town."

"Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Great location for a New Year's eve celebration of sorts, and short walking distance to Oxxo and good restaurants. Easy access to bus that takes you to the beaches. We had a great time. The only problem is there is no sink appropriate for washing dishes. Suitable only for a short stay. Great price for the value."
