Hotel staff has good command of English. When we arrived and asked about food options, they had a map readily available to guests stating the various types of food around the hotel. Very thoughtful service. Location is opposite Furano train station and there is a supermarket nearby so it is very convenient to stay at. The room and furniture is slightly old. There are chargeable washing machines and dryers available at the lobby.

Check in and out services are good. Meals arrangements can be improved, especially the 3days advance notice for dinner should be informed in advance. We arrived on a Monday, and was informed majority of the restaurants are closed!
