"My family and I enjoyed staying here very much and will return on our next trip to Flagstaff!Entire process from booking the reservation to check out was easy and straightforward. Nick is a wonderful host that responds quickly to questions and truly cares about your stay. Check in was easy, house was so clean and comfortable! There was even a trundle bed available which was a surprise and came in handy when we forgot our air mattress. House is decorated simple but modern which felt much like home. Beds were comfortable and house warmed up nicely. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the two bathrooms really made getting ready for the day much easier. The residential area was very quiet and peaceful, my kids enjoyed the park. It was safe and away from the town, about 11 minutes (6miles) away from the nearest shopping center and gas stations which was a perfect woodsy get away. I just can’t say enough about how amazing the trip was and how relaxed I was when I returned home!"

"The location was nice and quiet and away from the streets, but still not too far away from the city and lots of restaurants and activities to do around the area. The road that turns off from the main road to off-road that leads to the property is easily missed if not paying attention though, would suggest people to be careful of that."

"I had a very nice stay with 2 exceptions but it was not enough to really make a difference. 1) the flooring had gaps and pinched my feet. Made me bleed it pinch so hard on one foot. 2) I asked for a later check out when I checked in and was told 1 pm was ok but at check out was told 12 noon was the latest. So I had to rush and leave. I asked to not be disturbed but house keeping knocked at 11. But over all I did enjoy my stay. It was very quiet and pleasant. I would stay again and bought the membership."
