We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were unjustly accused of breaking the TV, resulting in a €600 charge for its replacement. Despite never using the TV and our lack of Spanish language skills, we received no response to our inquiry about the situation. The hotel provided no investigation or proof before directly charging our credit card.
Overall, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the customer service was severely lacking. As a frequent traveler who has journeyed around the world, this is the first time something like this has happened to me.
We enjoyed some amenities like the on-site restaurant, which had good food. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. However, this unjust charge and the lack of response from management overshadowed our stay. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the hotel multiple times, but the messages were ignored.
I advise future guests to be cautious and check everything in the room upon arrival. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unfair, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
