The check in staff was amazing. She gave service with a smile, was helpful and even offered to help me find features on my rental car giving me problems. She remembered be upon check out and was very nice. However , on day two, when I returned to my room from the day’s business, my key no longer worked, the agent Working the desk this time, never apologized and was nonchalant. I was tired and expected more. Btw, the room staff had finally emptied trash from previous guests, took towels but replaced zero. Had it not been for the wonderful check in team, I would have given this hotel a lower rating.

Airport stay
This hotel is affordable but at a cost. Our room was not clean, smelled musty, and was outdated. We tried to open a window to allow for fresh air to help the smell but once we opened the windows we saw black dirt and bugs lining them. The curtains had stains all over them. Before going to bed we realized the door wasn’t latching. We called the front desk and told her what was going on and she said “it sounds like it’s out of alignment again, just jiggle it.” She offered to come fix it and we then waited a half hour on her and she never came. We finally were able to fix it ourselves but that is definitely a safety problem that they seem in no hurry to fix. I will say that we so appreciated the quick, convenient, and delightful airport shuttle driver Mr. D along with the front desk worker who greeted us. They were the only two good things about this stay.

Called for airport shuttle and no answer at desk, took cab to hotel and no one at desk to check us in, 20 minutes waiting and employee showed with togo dinner in hand and said she was making coffee, an obvious lie. Finally got to room and had no heat, it was 64 f in room. Was to tired to address and suffered through nite
