Hotel rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing i didnt like was no complementary breakfast. The breakfast they have avaliable is $20 dollars per serving! On a family of 4 is an easy $100! Way to expensive and inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the airport, making transitions from the airport to the hotel and back seamless. The check-in staff was outstanding—kind, responsive, and professional. Since I had business the next day, I wasn’t in my room for long. However, on the day of my checkout, I realized I needed to iron a shirt. While there was an iron in the room, there was no ironing board. I called the front desk and spoke with Tamaya. She informed me that her shift was ending, but she would pass my request for an ironing board to the oncoming guest services staff arriving at 7 AM. I explained to Tamaya that I needed to be ready to leave by 8 AM. By 7:30, there was still no ironing board. I called the front desk again and was informed that my request had not been communicated. I could tell from the tone of voice that the information had not been passed on. I was then told that someone from engineering would be sent with the ironing board. It arrived at 7:35, and Brandon from engineering was apologetic and professional. He saved the day, especially since the front desk staff member was alone and unable to bring the ironing board!

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Airport from December 6th - 8th and was disappointed with the experience. The room was not cleaned properly—there were stains on the sheets and dust on the furniture. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortable. While the front desk staff was polite, they were unable to resolve these issues during my stay. I expected better given the cost and the hotel’s reputation. I recommend improving housekeeping standards and ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly.

No hot water stay.
The stay wasn’t so good. The water was cold the entire stay and I couldn’t shower like I was suppose too. They kept saying they were fixing it but it never got hot until the morning I I checked out. It was horrible.

When I checked in the first room they gave me, someone was still in it. It was dirty and the TV was on. Went back to the front desk and she didn't even try to upgrade or fix the fact she sent me to a nasty room. Check in to the new room they assigned me and the hot water didn't even work. I'll never go back to this double tree

Excellent service, clean rooms, friendly staff. However, paying for parking is ridiculous and it should be included in the rate. Also, breakfast should be complimentary..period. The food quality is no different than a free breakfast at a comfort inn. Overall good hotel, but they take any opportunity for a money grab. I will keep that in mind in the future.
