We stayed for the Billie Eilish concert at the State Farm arena, it was such a convenient walk there. We loved our room and the vibe of the hotel. We will definitely be back to visit more or ATL.

Clean, but frustrating
We came in for a concert. The check in time said 3p.m. and we got there around 3:15. When checking in we were told there were no rooms clean due to the small number of housekeepers they had and the amount of guests that left that morning. Ok, I understand, and I was ok with waiting for a little bit. We were told it could be until 5 before a room was ready. Still.. that was frustrating, but it was ok. As we waiting for 5, other guests came in and got a room right away. When 5 hit, I went up and asked if they had an ETA and the employee said it could be 30-45 minutes, but they couldn't promise that. I had to ask about a discount or food voucher, and she gave us a breakfast voucher. We finally got a room around 6p.m., and the room was very nice and clean. View was nice, bed was comfortable. My daughter and I went down for breakfast the next morning, and while the employee was nice, she was trying to get our order to $30 (amount of the voucher), then when we checked out I saw that they charged $5 more for the tax, after she got it to $30. Nice hotel, but will not stay there again. The communication was not great at all. I feel they should have comped either parking, all of breakfast or given a discount for the 3 hours we didn't have a room that we had paid for. I'm glad we didn't have anything super time sensitive to get to.

The location of the property was great for the game, but my room lacked washcloths for showering. The staff explained they had run out due to a packed house.
