Mold in hotel rooms
Traveled on thanksgiving with my children there was mold in my room and so much condensation. Definitely can tell there just cleaning with bleach and painting over the problem instead of actually fixing the issue. Was moved to another room the next day same problem the third room you can smell the bleach .

The check-in process was smooth; however, the parking situation was misleading. Parking costs $22 per night, but this was not clearly stated. At the front desk, I was told that Expedia lists parking as free, but they insisted it is not. To make matters worse, the elevator in the parking garage was out of service, which made the experience extremely frustrating. When I checked into my room, I noticed the water tank door was open, and there was no hot water available throughout the day. Although the staff moved me to another room, the new room had a strong chemical smell, making it uncomfortable. On top of that, the shower head in the bathroom of my initial room was broken, causing the water to leak and make loud noises. The noise was so disruptive that I couldn’t sleep throughout the day. The fitness center was in terrible condition. The ceiling was falling apart, and none of the equipment was functioning, with signs indicating they were out of order. The yoga mats were dirty, and the outdoor facilities were poorly maintained as well. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I expected much higher standards from Sheraton, and I cannot recommend this location based on my stay.

They had no hot water. Understandable things happen but they could've notified the guests of the situation. Morning Manager was polite and offered points for inconvenience.
