We love the suite setup with separate room with bed and pocket doors to separate from living room. The breakfast is top notch and convenient to walk to truist stadium and galleria.

My computer and my iPad were stolen from my room. There was another guest at the same time that had their things stolen also. It was someone on the staff bc they were watching. I only left for less than an hour and in that time everything was gone. Only to find out when I got to the airport the my AirPods were also stolen.

Outlets and phone did not work in the room so lights did not work outside of bathroom when contacted maintenance they said it was a know. Issues and they were working on it. When I brought to staff attention at check out I was asked if I contacted from desk I explained I complained over 5 times her response was I can comp you parking of $22.00 on a room over $200 a night with not working outlets or microwave or fridge and that’s the compensation I was given and I had 2 rooms. Def not worth the money.

Went to our room around midnight after receiving keys & We attempted to open the door and it never would allow us access & end up there was a homeless person who somehow found her way in the room. She argued about the room to my husband as if we were in the wrong disturbing her. Security & the front desk were alerted. We had to wait to be reassigned another room.

I know its Atlanta, but i felt the parking should have been complimentary. The area for check in needs to be expanded. It was tight and inconvenient. Outside area was small and not welcoming. Entrance for incoming traffic was not ideal. Also, another inconvenience for me and my family.

We had a nice stay, but there were four of us. When I booked through Hotels.com, it was my understanding. I would have two queen beds. Unfortunately, when we got there, there was only one king bed and a pullout sofa. I tried to contact Hotels.com for help, but only got to chat with what I assume was a virtual agent and not a real person. The chat kept sending me my itinerary, but did not include anything regarding the original booking. From now on, I plan to book directly through the hotel so I can make sure I am getting what I paid for.
