I have stayed here twice, the first time I was not told about the parking fee and I wasn't charged. The second time I was told about the fee and was charged for parking. I most likely won't book here again due to the parking fee.

I found it extremely stingy and miserly that they charged for parking, especially considering that is not a common practice at most hotels. First and last visit to any Hyatt.

Horrible check in experience. The clerk loudly announced names and room numbers assigned to our high school sports team in front of a lot of people in the lobby/bar area Did not feel safety and privacy was a priority and will never stay here again
